Your order is very important to us , we make every effort to process orders as quickly & safe as possible. TKS camping offers DHL shipping service on orders to the United States.

Duties & Taxes
Since We from Taiwan. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We currently only offer DHL international shipping, however, you can reach out to : info@tkscamping.com for a quote for Postal Service shipping. After an order is processed, most will ship within 3~5 business days. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. Postal Service options may not be available in all areas.
ORDER TRACKING
Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. If you do not receive an email with tracking information, please reach out to info@tkscamping.com with your order number.

We do not ship to a PO Box.

OUR RETURN POLICY
We want all of our customers to love your TKS camping gear, The products are fully quality checked before shipping.
Since we came from TAIWAN, we only offer the replacement parts if you found the product was damaged when you receive your order.
Please contact us: info@tkscamping.com for a free new replacement part within 15 days of your purchase arrived and we will be happy to find a solution.
DETAILS OF OUR RETURN POLICY
If you would like to return your new, unused product, please reach out to customer service to email: info@tkscamping.com.
Please provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging with tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we would refund the original amount. A refund would be returned to the original form of payment and will appear on your card or PayPal account.
